This magnificent villa is situated in the urbanization of Torre Soli Nou. It is a single storey house with a private pool. Its privileged location gives you excellent views of the sea and Son Bou beach from different dependencies.
The interior of the house communicates with the exterior providing a natural circulation between living-dining room, kitchen and terrace. It consists of a spacious living room with a large glass door which favours the entry of natural light, a fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable exit to the terrace to enjoy a pleasant lunch or dinner, two double rooms, a main room with direct access to the terrace which invites you to relax and two complete bathrooms (one en-suite).
The villa is conditioned to be inhabited during the whole year. It has air conditioning in all the rooms.
